Dutch Doscher is a highly acclaimed Freelance Director. With more than 2 decades in the film, video and production business, Dutch’s skill set reflects his experience with all facets of the industry. He has directed after school specials, music videos and short films.

Dutch has excelled on the business side, directing and producing many educational videos for clients including Deloitte, Pfizer, National Geographic, HCCS, Sunburst and Prentice Hall. He has also flourished on the creative side as a semi-finalist for the shows “On The Lot” and “Project Greenlight.,” and one of his recent projects, a black and white short film called "Leave You in Me", earned him the following testimonials:

Dutch has completed over 50 after school specials garnering numerous awards from the Association of Visual Communications. He has also earned accolades from the Columbus Film & Video Festival, Questar Educational, Connecticut Film Festival, Cannes Short Film Corner, Los Angeles Shorts Festival, New Filmmaker New York City, International Filmmaker Film Festival, and Houston International Film Festival, among others.

Dutch began his career as a Casting Director for industrial, commercial and after school specials, expanding to music videos and short films. In 2001, Dutch started his own production company - InnerVisions Media. Dutch’s most recently completed projects include a narrative 6-episode after school special focusing on conflict resolution for middle school, a documentary on "Huffing", and “Frieda Gilroy”, Audience Award Winner for the Houston 48 Hour Film Project (2008).

Dutch's accomplishments can best be attributed to his ability to test the limits, by tapping into his innate creativity and energy. He is also a former Acting Instructor, and a graduate of Hofstra University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in English and Communications.
